Return & Exchange Policy

At HairByShay, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Each pack of extensions comes with a tester strand to help you determine if the color is a good match before opening the full package.

We understand that choosing the right shade can be challenging, which is why we offer an exchange for a different color within 30 days of your order—as long as the extensions remain unopened, unworn, and untampered with. For hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken, the extensions become Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

❌ No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

✔ Exchanges: To qualify for an exchange, the tester strand must be returned in its original condition along with the full set. The tester must not be dyed, cut, or altered in any way.
